The new Pirelli Scorpion Rally STR is made from a high silica compound offering increased grip during wet and dry conditions, more stability and resistance to abrasion. The Rally STR has a large contact patch for better stability at speed on and off road. The blocks are wide and long with a smallish gap that doesn't compromise off road traction and increases contact patch area on road. The large contact area also helps dissipate heat generated by constant high speed usage. These are a better tyre than they look, most assume because of the shallow knob height that they wont last long but this is not the case try them and you will see.
